What is the Return Policy?
You may return most products purchased. Most items may be returned with 30 days of receiving the item. However we aren't the initial seller therefore you must contact and/or make reference to the initial sellers terms for returns individually.
Requirements to get a Full Refund
In most instances these are the basic requirements to get a full refund.
- Items must be in new condition
- Items have to be returned with all original packaging and accessories
- Media items (for example, movies, music, video games, and software) must be unopened and still within their plastic wrap
- Musical instruments, televisions, and electronic devices will need to have a UPC or serial number
- Shoes and clothing have to be unworn
Items with FREE Return Shipping
The following items usually have a free return shipping method.

- Clothing
- Accessories
- Jewelry
- Watches (except those bought in Sports & Outdoors)
UPS Pickups
After you request a UPS pickup, UPS will send a driver to the address with the shipping label within 1-5 business days. Ensure that you've described the defect, damage, or error highlight that in the returned package. If the original packaging is still available, return the product in that packaging. To help avoid problems with the pickup, remove any previously used shipping labels that are still on the box.
